This is typical wave two price action; market retraced most of wave (1). Not much has changed. Corrections are difficult to label and can have more than one count in the early stages, but the big picture remains unchanged. This wave (2) crash seems to part of the long term 84 week cycle low where many different cycles all converge at this time for maximum damage.
