BTC show soon?

Analyzing the dominance chart for btc and others, BTC.D has made a triple bottom and currently on support while OTHERS.D has fallen out of a giant ascending wedge and has made a retest that's also acting as a double top. I'm expecting lots of volatility soon, not sure on direction however. We could be seeing a btc led pump to new all-time highs, or we are seeing the start of a bear market that drains the life out of alts. My personal bias is bear market, but I'm not ruling out the idea of new all-time highs.
