White trend line breached
Just a weekly closing needed above that line (white) to reach the above target marked on the chart ( 4617 )

As closing didn't sustained above that white line as marked and mentioned above so it couldn't reach 4617 target,

There was a gap pending at 2104 that's y it couldn't close on that white line
The pending gap has to be filled so that could be a possible explanation of deviation in the trend

But the second target 4095 achieved

If sustains above that Green arc and white trend line then will publish a new chart
