Bitcoin Weekly Momentum indicator Pattern

Only looked back as far as september 2019 but anytime that;

1) Weekly Stoch RSI and Williams %R were both in oversold territory
2) Close to bottom of Weekly bollinger band

we had a nice rally in the weeks after. This is setting up again right now and we also have a slight bull div developing on the regular weekly RSI
