Bank nifty towards 21000-21500 level !!!

Considering the fundamentals such as upcoming general elections, Indo-Pak scenario, Public sector bank NPAs and technical aspects, I am seeing Bank nifty to retest 21000-21500 level in 3 to 6 months span.
