COSMOS setting up for a new high with AOTS

I don't know what fundamental news about ATOM but it is setting up for a new rally.
anybody who knows pls comment.
Long correction near its end & It has to break 38.33 resistance soon.
recent AOTS (Alingment of the stars, moving averages correctly sequenced)
makes upcoming rally a big probability.
