Semiconductors Taking Their Sweet Time Breaking Out

Semiconductors are anticipated to rally this week. Consolidation is taking its sweet time. Bull flag forming.
Quick chart up and we're looking bullish in my opinion. I'm expecting a market crash after some of these rallies finish up, so I am short and really watching this week how growth, tech, semiconductors play out.
