ADA 1-hour ... Long in play with Cardano
Beginning a new trade. I had the order sitting and waiting. I was sleeping when it took hodl.
Cleaned up the chart from the previous trade.
I am expecting another bearish pennant to form.
I am hopium that it goes 1-2-3-4-5 format.
I am hopium that PA continues upwards and cancels out the possibility of a bearish pennant.
I am hopium that PA breaks resistance levels and finds footing on support levels.
I did draw out a possible bearish looking pennant, however I will post later screen pictures of the formation of channeling or pennants, etc. as those will eventually materialize visually.
PA can/could/might continue lower. I will post the visual now, as the risk factor.
o.81 - o.76 - o.69 are those levels where PA could go.

The idea to watch the 1-2-3-4-5, this is boiler plate distances between the numbers.
We want this Elliot Impulse Wave ascending formation, NOT the bearish pennant formation.
Something else to watch the PA going in a favorable direction.

PA is still on track. I used these notes to enter in a LINK trade. I bought "X" amount at 24.05 and the sell order is at 25.05.
Basically a solid 4% gain. For every "X" unit purchased is 1 dollar.. this is a scalp trade, and I will watch it, if there's a falling-out.
Okay, I am thinking about selling some units at Green #3. And repurchase at Green #4.

#3 Leg made the zone. PA is heading to #4 and is already in the zone.
according to this chart...Price can go as low as o.9287 and still be a #4 Leg
However what's reasonable is anywhere in the 94,s and 93's is where it will turn, and PA is there right now already.
my best guess.. it can turn upwards at any time, keep an eye on those indicators.
I didn't reach my target of o.9712 for a sell @ Leg#3 to repurchase down here for Leg #4 uptrend.

I think the A-B-C correction has materialized.
However until PA passes the #3 Leg high, we will not have confirmation.

Well this PA is frustrating.
We could be in the making of a larger formation.
Larger 1-2-3-4-5?
Larger descending wedge with a break-out?
PA might still decide to fall, since PA has broke the last set-up formation I posted.
Good time for a cigarette, except I quit a few years back...lol

Well new trading plan.
yellow slanted rectangle is the caution area and downwards channel.
Hopium we enter into a new large sized... no make it a super sized 1-2-3-4-5 pattern!!
Who knows?
Lots of stuff for PA to get thru...to make the 1-2-3-4-5 happen. Good Luck.
Keep an eye on it, and place your stops and profits orders

Okay if .. "if" .. PA moves into a super sized 1-2-3-4-5 pattern then..
I have those "green arc" graphics placed where the range heights of PA should pivot on.
We are in a downtrend... Most likely the odds are against this materializing. However having it marked out is to our advantage if PA does fluctuate out of this channel.
