Falling Wedge?

I guess this could be a nice falling wedge pattern, but we are lacking growing volume. In fact the volume is somewhat same for last 3 trading days. MFl says we are heading up since it is oversold on 3hr, not so on daily. I would wait for confirmation of uptrend.
