Use SMA rather than EMA

This calculate consensio base on a single value. The value is calculated using a weighting as per below
- Price up : 1
- Price > Short MA : 2
- Price > Medium MA : 4
- Price > Long MA : 8
- Short MA up : 16
- Short MA > Medium MA : 32
- Short MA > Long MA : 64
- Medium MA up : 128
- Medium MA > Long MA : 256
- Long MA Up : 512
Updated the indicator to allow to choose the type of moving average
