Will Daily Sentiment

Simple oscillator to show WIlliam Sentiment for the daily timeframe according to the formula:

[14 days avg (close-low) / 14 days avg (high-low)] * 100
Level lines are at 65 and 35 (changeable)
Suggested period is 14 days (changeable)

Seems to get the lows pretty correctly and even anticipate the highs.
