Germany's Brenntag held takeover talks with Univar Solutions

German chemicals distributor Brenntag BNR has held preliminary discussions with Univar Solutions Inc (UNVR.N) regarding a potential acquisition, Brenntag said on Friday.

The discussions are ongoing and Brenntag said it not foreseeable whether there will be any kind of transaction.
