recent weeks, until end of April 2018 index will start to go down.
most probably this trend will retrace to 100.000 levels.

first target (retracement) completed before than the assumed date. not there will be a rally with power of USD/TRY price action. BIST100 is very cheap when we compare with the other stock market.
next target is 140.000 levels
