XRPUSD: DOUBLE BOTTOM?

I have an outlook on XRP, it can be seen on the chart (1H-4H) XRP forms a reversal pattern, namely a double bottom.

But this all will fail if the FED raises interest rates.

FED holds interest rates - Double Bottom + News = Long.
FED raises interest rates - Fake Out = Short.
