Actually, I think It is not just only about Korean exchange issue.
If you see the chart bigger (1-day interval) , you will understand it is all-time high on MACD (indicator).

Support level 1.8-1.9 then it will go up or it goes down to 0.8, 0.7, 0.6 etc ... (it is very sad)
