Gartley Pattern Complete?

I had this pattern completing on March 5, buuuut, it could definitely be complete today...
XPEV is currently in my buy zone $28-$31. Target 1 is Point C $60, Target 2 Point A $75, Target 3 is $128 a 1.618 fib extension XAB.
