Is a cup and handle forming on XLMUSD? Not a pro, just asking

Total noob, this is not trading advice. If BTC doesn't plummet is XLMUSD looking like a cup and handle on the daily? Would need volume and a break of the current down trend. If that happens would the TP target be the difference from the break of the handle to the bottom of the cup? Any feedback is appreciated.
