Orange labels represent gains on the two major bull runs in the cycle (same as in 2013, topping out in April and November of that year).
Currently gains at 153%
162% is just above 8k. I am out and will not buy more. The risk is too high for me. I expect a 40% correction, which from 8k (for example) is $4800.
Here is a chart of corrections greater than 30% from 2016-17:

I have some small alt positions (eth, xmr) and am keeping an eye on ripple and steller btc markets (xrpbtc and xlmbtc) as they have dumped so much and the long-term rsi/stoch are practically dead.
