Why Does Flood Keep saying 7100? This is why

One of the biggest proponents of BTC keeps saying its headed to 7100. Why is that? Very simple y'all.

This is purposefully oversimplified. There are a bunch of other reasons too (like the 50 Fib is in the same area) --- My point is there are very few bagholders between 8800 and 7100.
