I would say this might happen. Let's see the price action around 1220 and 1230.
Breaking up 1230, 1250 will be in sight. Breaking down 1220, it will head down to 1200 area.

Falling out of the channel, no reason to go up to 1250. Most possible is that it will dive to 1208 area then retest 1240 then dive more.
