Reversal for VSAT?

VSAT reached a very strong support around 16 $. This is the lowest price since July 2004.
It seems that VSAT touched 16$ six times and never break it.
The stochastic indicators shows over sold at weekly time frame.
I believe that 28 $ is achievable in new future.
