$VRX GOOD TIME TO BUY

From a technical standpoint the company is nearing early 2000's support levels. Way oversold with an rsi of 21.21, I am seeing short term upside of 10-20% and long term upside of well over 100%. I am interested above $25 with a stop below or the ability to avg. down if it touches below $20
