(VRTX) Vertex - Upside potential ahead of Earnings release

Vertex is now at levels close to those of Dec'19. Meanwhile, revenues increased +60% QoQ for Q3 2020 and EPS increased + 20% (also QoQ for Q3 2020). Operational cashflows have improved as well. If expected annual earnings are confirmed, Vertex confirms its upside potential and has also a positive outlook ahead as a result of the current environment.

Thanks for your thumbs up on the idea. The stock hit my stop loss and thus I am out for the moment. VRTX reported Q4'2020 EPS of $2.51, missing the of $2.65 target - this is leading a downward drift. As pointed before, my thesis was yet to be confirmed by earnings release. Despite all this, earnings rose 47.6% YoY for VRTX. Thus, I still believe this is a great company to invest but I cannot see at which point it will (potentially) revert. Im waiting to enter again at a better stage (maybe 197-202 range?).
