VLY could be a short to around $9?

Looks like its having trouble around the 200 day. Other indicators look like they could be ready to reverse. Maybe it'll go back down to around 9 bucks.

on the other hand.. if it breaks say $9.85 then maybe it will rally.

but things all seem to be pointing down. but thats when they trick ya.
