VIX Turning a Corner?

It would appear as though VIX has bottomed out and is turning a corner. On my Hurst cycles (not shown here), I have seen a bottoming out around this point, specifically tomorrow at about 3-5pm. We are having higher lows as well. My first target point is shown using the FIB fan.

My guess is that we have some up tomorrow that pushes it down one last time, and then it takes off properly.

Would love to hear anyone's thoughts regarding this.
