Bigger picture on USOIL (updated)

Spent my time today to decode counts of the previous years in USOIL. My conclusion is that we are in WXY pattern which shall end at $20 somewhere by the end of the next year 2020. This will be the basis for shorter-term trades.
Oil is very interesting to analyse. Many scars and missed expectations.
