Daily-Market recently made a new LL and is in a retracement to establish a LH

4Hr- Market is stalling at previous structure which can break as it broke
past 38.2 currently at 50% and makiing HH/HL on retracement.
*EMA havnt crossed to show current structure break

**Prediction, price may stall at this resistance point and become bearish
if so then I will wait for market struture break and a bearish engufling for
and entry on a lower Time Frame such as 1hr or lower
