A tale of three views! $USOIL

Investigating oil I see three different scenes:

Daily as the chart above shows appears neutral/bullish

Weekly appears incredibly bearish



While monthly still appears to say up


In this environment it is too difficult for me to trade - the global concerns I would imagine would dampen oil. Especially if the dollar strengthens.
