I would short MACD at .60-.65 and RSI is already max out but rig count could drive it up to 41 but I expect a retracement back to 38.66 if rig count numbers are up which is a unlikely but possible.

red trend line was supposed to touch 38.60 not 38.99 support sorry for the mix up
