Long IF price breaks and pulls back

Reason for trade idea:
1. Strong USD sentiment
2. If price breaks this daily level then Ill look for a long opportunity.

Notes:
This level is strong candidate for a reversal however there are no big news events to cause a dramatic change in sentiment. Watching for signs of reversal but first option is for a break and then long.
