Insane Risk reward potential

Investors rush back to safe haven USD until we see what happens with the republicans all contracting covid.

Why would people be going into risk assets at a time like this. 2 fakeouts below the .236 fib forming a potential double bottom. The risk reward here is off the charts, why not take a small position ( or a larger one ) here and wait until we see what covid has in store for the president.

If we breach the descending trend line we could easily retrace to the .5, and maybe the .618, which would be the take profit lvls. GL!
