Bearish Gartley vs Consolidation

Looks Bearish, however overall trend says Bullish.

Hard to say.

2 ways to go about this... work within the trend line (green - consolidation) or complete the gartley pattern (blue) and then go bullish (red).

I think it'll follow the green path more than the gartley pattern.
