Natural flow indicates a push higher.
A failed new high would form a head
and shoulders pattern and give a deep
correction, and an excellent accumulation
opportunity.

Best to wait for confirmed breakout and
retest for entry up.

I also guess a double-top would signal a major reversal in trend too.
4200 is the number it needs to significantly break above.
