URG looks to be in a good place for an entry long position after the break out from an inverted head and shoulders formation has stalled. The head and shoulders was used as a reference for the clones. I have a long target of 1.55 with a suggested stop just below 1.15. However, 1.36 has been a long time resistance point. Many of nmike's charting methods were used for this analysis. Thank you!!
