TSLA Possible Short or Sell Signal (Strong Buy --> Strong Sell)

All the indicators are turning from strong buys to strong sells. I think this is happening because Tesla went really high, real quickly and now the market is bringing it down to its normal price. The momentum has flew up and now falling down.
