SKEW DEX is lowest every?

I barely know what I am talking about on this topic, and for sure have no clue if I am right or wrong, but from this SKEW chart, it's the lowest it's ever been!

PUTS should be insanely cheap. Meaning, the market isn't pricing any downside.
