BINANCE:STRATBTC just completed a rectangular bottom with an impulsive breakout (i was actually making this post when it broke out and had to change the entire post).

since its breakout already.. the trade opportunity is to wait for a retest to the top of the accumulation zone and buy 4600sats
A measured move put the target at 5960sats
