The correction period - going for a bullish moment

After this huge correction from the most important global indexes, I think its going to go bullish.
Tomorrow ECB CEO, Mario Draghi, is going to speak and we hope we explain what are going to be the next steps for Euro Zone. Moreover we are also waiting for the unemployment rate from US...
My conviction is that we are going to have a bullish moment and gain between 5% - 10% since today.
