2- Price is trying to come back after breaking the Weekly Trend line (Black Lines)
3-Awesome Oscillator Signals change of Direction
4- MACD is bearish
5-RSI is 35 which is Bearish Territory
6-Price Tested the 144 Moving Average and couldn't break it
