Is This A Correctly Interpreted Cypher Pattern On Nifty?

The only condition which fell short was the retracement of point B. It should be .38% but its near .37%.
Yet setup looks good and gave breakout too. Please confirm can this be considered as A Successful Cypher Breakout?
