Nifty falling below 6 months trendline on weekly chart

Nifty has been trading in the upward sloping channel for the past 6 months. However, it seems to be slipping below the lower range on the weekly chart today.
If Nifty closes below 8720 today, Short Nifty with Stop Loss of 8750 for flexible lower targets of 8580.
