NGAS: Completion of Cup & Handle likely

We reached the Range of the ideal retracement for Cup & Handle (30-50%) 2 weeks ago (about 33%) and corrected to the upper region of the bull flag. On a breakout today things can go FAST and the 3-3.20 should be reached within the next few days.
