Nasdaq 100 forecast

I'm not positive that Nasdaq 100 will rise and now is the best time to buy it.
Here is my prediction of it.
I can see a head and shoulders pattern so my strategy is short sell.
And if it rise, it would be dobble tops by my prediction.
