- Rebase token with extremely exhausted sellers

- Mid-long term: Benchmark Marketplace launching and we go from 200mil -> 1bil marketcap

Rebase coin so as long as price maintains above 1.42 for a rolling 24hour period then supply will increase proportionally across all wallets. (use fully diluted marketcap to evaluate profit/loss instead of price.)
