"Structure Setup" & Don's Trade-Map, ISIL, Part 4 Of 5

In part 3 I listed the implementation of the TRADE-MAP approach using "Don's Top Ten Technicals". These technicals are still valid for the above chart, but, I said the alligator action will be more visible on the one hour chart.
On the lower right of the chart, right around $13.10, please view the "jaws, lips, and teeth of the now FEEDING alligator, and the alligator will feed in a down-trend. This is a negative indication and suggests lower prices.
Would you please view Part 5, a 15 minute chart. You will see the leading actions for the new down-trend.
To Review, Here are the letters and what "TRADE-MAP" means to me (first the letters in TRADE):
1. T : Time and space (Fractals); 2. R : Repeating Cycles; 3. A : Advancing Trend; 4. D : Declining Trend; 5. E : Energy in Phase Forces.
