One Last drop before Start of New impulse leg up

This one had very bad days in the past , i am looking this would be the last drop before it starts making a New Impulse leg up , one can look for investment opportunity
any Gap down on bad News , Take the opportunity in Small investment let some 500 USD run in cash , the down side would be limited to loss of the capital but the Up side has potential of increasing your investment to 4 times to the current price , buy on drop and hold it , it will likely give 400 % in an year or + few months
