ICID to target 11.7 after crossing resistance

ICID is preparing to cross the resistance line (blue) at 7.10 - 7.05, the target will be 8 then 9 then 11.7

I think the the stock will test down 6.75 - 6.70 before rebound and crossing up.

Stop loss should be considered.
