2 - School Districts - Florida. Safety / Safety / Safety

3 - Dover Air Force - hmm, military. Yuge

4 - Did someone say school buses? Halifax, Nova Scotia (215) Niagara, Ontario (32), State of Virginia? See a trend?

All told, school buses are a logistical nightmare for districts. Given this is one of the largest transportation systems in America with a total of 480,000 buses transporting 26 million children every day - safety / safety / safety.
