You don't need to know anything about markets to know how this will end. WSB and Robinhood traders have pushed Gamestop to insane, unrealistic highs.
This company has a history of underperforming earnings and operates in an industry that will soon be obsolete. When was the last time you bought a CD? The vast majority of videogame sales are now conducted online and this trend is sure to continue. I am surprised that newer generation consoles even have a CD slot. Fundamentals tell me that there is no reason that Gamestop should pump >7000%
If you are going to short this, you most likely lose money in the short term. Just wait for large selling volume and other tell-tale signs of a bubble popping then place your short. There will likely be large swings on the way down, so don't be surprised to see your short swing 20%.

WSB pushed GME higher than I believed possible, and now they are receiving international attention.I am still bearish about this stock. Now might be a good time to short since the volume has dropped significantly, however, I have decided I will not be taking any position with GME since the situation is subject to so much change. I could probably make a lot, but I can easily foresee a scenario where I lose my entire investment.
