Appears to be a head and shoulders pattern. (Note that as of this chart, BTC was down ~3%.)

We continue to see the inability to break through. BTC and BTCUSD continue to see very modest movement up and down. Until we get a clear signal, may make the direction unpredictable in the near-term.
